Maximize Your Business Profits - Week #11 (Leads and Sales Programs and Methods - Part 3)





Welcome to TheMaxProfit's 40 Weeks to MAXIMIZE your business- ANY business's profits!


This week and for the next 29 weeks, we will take apart your business and work on each part in 3 week blocks. In these 3 week blocks we will IDENTIFY, ANALYZE and then IMPLEMENT changes to make in each part of your business that WILL yield results GUARANTEED!!

If you participate and follow along each week, applying small changes and tweaks to your business model/operations, you will see BIG results in increased profits for your business. Even if you can - or only choose to try one or two of the 3 weeks blocks, you will see positive results GUARANTEED!

We will be analyzing the following areas of your business:

1. INCOME / REVENUE streams
2. PRICES / COST of product
3. SALES / LEADS programs and methods
4. What your Business OWNS and how to maximize that
5. What your Business OWES and how to minimize that
6. MARKETING
7. EXPENSES - Facilities and other costs and how to minimize those
8. PRODUCTION and OPERATIONS
9. HUMAN capital - how to  minimize the cost of Payroll and Managing Employees/Contractors


TODAY! We will talk about IMPLEMENTING systems, changes and strategies to the Leads and Sales Programs and Methods you IDENTIFIED and ANALYZED in the last 2 weeks. 

THIS WEEK: you will be working on IMPLEMENTING systems, changes, strategies to the Leads and Sales Programs and Methods you have IDENTIFIED and ANALYZED the last 2 weeks. You will need to spend 3- 4 HOURS DECIDING what changes you will be making and then additional time following up on the implementation of the changes made to the top 20% of your list!


POSSIBLE CHANGES: possible changes include CHANGING or ELIMINATING Leads and Sales Programs or parts of them, PHASING OUT programs that are not working, or finally, CREATING NEW Sales or Leads Programs. MAKE A LIST! of possible changes and RATE them! Make sure to identify your top 3 and seriously consider those and all the pros and cons of those THIS WEEK! Follow through!

IMPLEMENTING SYSTEMS:  Now that you have taken a close look at what your SYSTEM of leads management looks like, or what your sales program looks like, consider implementing a NEW system or SYSTEMS that will help your business be more effective. Focus on making sure that each lead is followed up on, make sure that nothing can fall through the cracks in the system you will use going forward. As far as your sales program, you have IDENTIFIED the players in your system, now make sure your business is taking care of them, assure that your system going forward works LONG TERM!

STRATEGIES GOING FORWARD: Again, focus on LONG TERM.. make sure your system will work going forward. Assess HOW you are getting your leads, WHO is the first point of contact, and who is the last point of contact? Are you using the MOST EFFECTIVE strategies now? Try some different strategies short term to see if your numbers look better, if they don't, try something different.. create a list of strategies to try and next to each item, list what you expect to achieve with each strategy! Now, in the next week, work with at least one of your new strategies and track your results, every week or two going forward for the next 6 months, review your current strategies and see how they are working!


  NEXT week we will be REVIEWING the work you did in Weeks 5, 6 and 7, regarding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)  and pricing on your Products and Services.  Don't worry! In 3 weeks, we will be back to REVIEW and make any ADJUSTMENTS necessary to the work you are doing this week and its associated follow up/results.
